Terms and Conditions of Stay

These Terms and Conditions outline the booking, payment, and stay policies for the apartments at Villa Isabella.
By making a reservation, guests confirm that they have read, understood, and fully accepted the following terms.

1. Bookings

 

1.1 A reservation is confirmed only once a 30% deposit of the total stay amount has been received via bank transfer to the following account:

 

Account holder: Buompane Isabella
IBAN: IT 24D0 3576 0116 0101 0005 487048
Payment reference: Guest’s full name and apartment name (e.g. Apartment 1 and/or Scrigno di Alice).

Please send a copy of the payment receipt to info@villaisabellagioiadelcolle.it.

 

1.2 The remaining balance is due upon check-in, together with valid ID documents required for registration.

1.3 Accepted payment methods: cash, credit/debit card (POS), and instant bank transfer.

2. Cancellation Policy

 

2.1 In the event of a cancellation:

  • For cancellations made between 15 and 7 days before arrival, 10% of the deposit will be retained.

  • For cancellations made within 6 days of arrival or in case of no-show, no refund will be issued.

3. Check-in and Check-out

 

3.1 Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
3.2 Check-out must be completed by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
3.3 A self check-in option is available upon request.

4. Amenities and Services Included

 

4.1 Each guest will be provided with:

  • Bed linen

  • A set of three towels

5. House Rules

 

5.1 Guests are kindly asked to respect quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
5.2 At check-out, please dispose of any waste in the designated recycling areas.
5.3 Guests are responsible for the care of the apartment and furnishings; any damage caused will be charged accordingly.
5.4 Children up to 5 years old stay free of charge.
5.5 A baby cot is available free of charge upon request.
5.6 Pets are not allowed.
5.7 Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments.

6. Acceptance of Terms

 

Booking confirmation and/or deposit payment imply full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
